Pretty obvious I went for the single red heart!

Going Pink!

Hi Friends!

Popping in with a card for you all, inspired by a few challenges:

I got this gorgeous background stitched pink card as a pressie from my crafting friend Joyce-thank you Joyce!

It is gorgeous but the it was hard to photo to show how good it looks IRL-it gives so much detail to the card-I love it.

The flower is from Happy Little Stampers and the sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps. The banner from Winnie and Walter

Hi All

If you follow my blog regularly, you might want to sit down!!

I have a card for you today where I have used masking, cute images and colouring....yep, I really have!

Here goes....giggling allowed!!

I know, unusual for me but it was fun to make an does make me smile!

It was inspired by the challenge 'smile' at CASology and the 'use a third and optional masking' at AAA-I masked each of the guards.

I had this My Favorite Things set sat on my desk as I just got it as a gift from my crafty friend Lisa and saw the sentiment and 'pop' the idea for this card came to me!!

I sure hope it made you smile...even if it was at me trying to mask and colour!!

WWC205 Donna's 'All About Holidays' Challenge

Hi All

This is my last challenge as Guest Designer for Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.
I have been joining the team all of January and had a lot of fun.
I hope I was able to inspire you.

This week we are all about 'Holidays' and I went with Christmas-never too early to start!

And my card:

I used the now retired Verve Stamps and just heat embossed the sentiment onto a panel. I also heat embossed the dove. I added a rustic look by distressing the edges of the panels.This was a little nod to Julee who was the designer and owner of Verve stamps-she makes the most beautiful cards with layers, ribbons etc and often adds a rustic feel to her cards....so Julee this was my CAS nod to you-and thanks for inspiring me!
