Time Out #143

Hi All

Time for our 'Inspired by Words' challenge-see the words below and remember you can use any or all of these words to inspire you.

Here is what I made:

Using our sponsor Winnie and Walter 'Cheers' Cutaway-I water coloured this in the rainbow colours and cut it out a number of times to give more dimension. I stamped the champagne bottle and glasses on the card first and then added my cheers!

Magic Moments!

Hi All

Popping in with a card I made for AAA Card Challenge-Along the Edge-optional twist-inspired by a song. I went for the twist again, using 'Magic Moments' by Perry Como.

Here is my card:

My city skylines are dies from my crafty buddy Joyce-she knows I love these and got these along with a gorgeous card from her a few weeks ago.

As soon as I saw the AAA challenge I knew these would be perfect for this.

Snow is Falling!

Hi All

First off I apologise I haven't visited your blogs for a while. I love to support you all but my health has taken a turn for the worse and I am finding it all a bit tough. But I assure you once I am backing and running you will get lots of love from me.

However on the bright side of life....and we always try to look there-I made a couple of cards today-my fav, one layer, 'stamp and go' cards!

Here is one I made 'just for fun'-the other is a DT card!

I used this fab and funky stamp set Snow is Falling from Visible Images in my fav colours for Christmas.

This was inspired by these challenges:

AAA Card Challenge-I used the twist-we all know the song 'snow is falling'

CASology-no snow without water!

Inkspirational #194

Hi All

It is our photo challenge at Inkspirational and here is what I made:

I was inspired by the black and white patterns and picked out a few colours to inspire me.

These dies are from STAMPlorations and the sentiment is from Catherine Pooler.

The patterned paper was a pressie from the creative and lovely Bobby-I mentioned on her blog I loved the paper she had used and the next thing I get a package of different patterned papers-aren't our crafty friends special! Thank you Bobby.

Time for a new challenge at Time Out and this time we are challenging you to be:

Fashionable!

Here is what I came up with:

Our sponsors for this challenge are STAMPlorations and I have used 2 of thre great stamps to make this card-Noteworthy-2-Shery-Russ-Designs and CityGirl The-Bee's Knees

I loved this sentiment and I made this card with it in mind. I was being the 'me' I love to be when making cards:

-one layer

-just stamping

-using purple

-and I am a city girl at heart!!

Our Gust Designer for this challenge is the very creative Jenny. I adore her cards and pop over to her blog here and I am sure you will too! I am delighted Jenny is joining us for this challenge-welcome Jenny!

So how will you interpret the word 'Fashionable'. It doesn't have to be clothes....could be fashionable house items, patterns, card techniques....this is just me thinking of different ways I could have gone but I am sure you will have more! You always amaze me with your creativity and I can't wait to see what you make!
