Hi All
My goodness I haven't crafted in ages and then suddenly I started to stamp.
There is a lot going on in my life at the moment and I need a distraction-usually I walk but with the thunderstorms here I decided to just have a go at stamping and have enjoyed it.
This card was inspired by the photo at Less is More-think it is easy to see what inspired me when you look at the photo below!
Hi There,
I have been doing a bit of stamping and today have a card inspired by a few 'monochromatic' challenges out there-
Here's my sunshine card!
Hi All
It has been a long time since I have made a card but today I was looking through my stash and found a die that would make a quick card for a male Birthday coming up.
Hello Again!
I am here to share a card inspired by the mood board at Inkspirational-quite a lot inspired me-the colours, the leaves and the butterfly. I also just loved Carol's card here and basically CASed it!
I used platter stamps to all the colours then stamped the butterfly from Uniko and fussy cut this out.
I popped this up on a leaf stitched die and used a lovely Spring yellow as my base card.
I love how it turned out!
And here it is:
Hi All
A card for Father's Day.
This one has taken me ages to finish-found it fiddly cutting up pieces of card stash to make my rainbows! When I thought I had, I realised I had missed one colour-indigo- of the rainbow so added in indigo enamel dots!
For Time Out-using the words 'rainbow' and 'gold'-the splash is delicta gold ink
Hi All
Popping in with a very CAS card inspired by a few challenges:
Hi There,
Popping in with a card inspired by a few challenges:
Hi All
Hubby's Birthday today-2 years younger than me...so my boy toy!!
Here is the super CAS card I made for him after struggling for ages to come up with ideas, I opened up my stash box and put this card together and actually really love it and hope he does too!
Have a good day to all and especially hubby Callum!
I will enter it into:
Inkspirational-CAS-yep, me again GD-sorry but CAS..I had to play!
AAA Birthday-layer it up-each section of this card is popped up on foam pads as no postage to worry about!
Seize The Birthday-option not taken.
Hi again,
Not often you see me-then twice in one day!
To be honest my last card was made a long time ago but this one was made today and I realised I needed to post as the challenge is soon closing.
This is for my Dad and it took me ages to come up with the design. I knew I wanted to use the colours at Color Throwdown but just had no idea on the design. I played around for ages and came up with this:
Hello crafty friends,
I am very excited to be joining the fabulous team of designers at the AAA Card Challenge
The challenge is to create a fake/torn edge using masking on your card somewhere.
Now masking is not my thing but I came up with the idea of using the torn edge die from Penny Black as my outside mask and just sponging in the centre.
I actually really like how it turned out!
The flower is from Uniko
The team have made amazing cards so pop on over to the blog for a look here and then have a play!
Hi All
And a Happy Easter to those of you who are celebrating.
I loved the photo at Time Out this challenge as soon as I saw it. There is so much to inspire you I just couldn't focus on one thing so I went through my stash and found some pretty flower dies that look like the lilac flowers in the right hand corner of the photo......it has taken me a week to finally come up with an idea. I actually enlarged the photo near these flowers and noticed they are positioned right next to the tyre of the bicycle and this is where I took my inspiration from to make this. I do love photo inspired challenges but sometimes you really have to focus down on just one thing-a challenge but fun!
Do you see my tyre??
I will also enter this into:
Hi All
I made this card the other day based on the sketch at CAS Colour and Sketches, which I really like.
I flipped the sketch. The bike stamp turned out to be bigger than I thought so it didn't work quite like how I wanted it to but I hope you can still see what I was trying to do.
This is for my neighbour who rides everywhere on his yellow bike!
