Now just dug it out ready to write and put in the envelope! <br /><br />Enough of me! What a pretty card this is and yes, a very good sentiment that so many of us can relate to. I love the way you've tucked the flower behind and the twine. <br />MarinaMarinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09237141197726679890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2025764194356886227.post-13901565024500606312013-02-13T22:31:31.548+00:002013-02-13T22:31:31.548+00:00Such a beautiful card, Kylie! Well, it's the real thing! At least according to Joanna Sheen (I found it in the "special offers" a while back). Bought it there, but I hope I find some old nets at the shore this summer. We have a cabin where my mom grew up, close to the Artic Cirle (appr. 1000 km from where I live). I feel at the "JS net" is waaaaay to coarse... I want some net with finer treads. The masks have beautiful size, but the treads... no... My grandpa was a fisherman, and I remember he had some buoys of glas that kept the upper end of the fishingnet closer to surface. The net around these buoys was of the same type as the JS net. OMG, this was hard to explain!!! Google translate ain't always very helpful*lol* Sadly my grandpas pier was destroyd by some really stormy weather many years ago, there is nothing left. How I loved following him out in his fishingboat, setting the nets, or just cruising around just for fun. He once "threatned" me by saying; "Be a good girl, or I might take you to the UK!" And then he blinked to me and laughed loud :D Memories, memories :)Lisbeth Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15937784910870768939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2025764194356886227.post-67095925185829827332013-02-13T18:27:22.019+00:002013-02-13T18:27:22.019+00:00Your sentiment has such a great message and the fl...Your sentiment has such a great message and the flower really looks lovely against the white background.
