Addicted to Stamps and More #45

Happy Wednesday Stamping friends,

This week at Addicted to Stamps and More with have this gorgeous photo to inspire you to create:





Isn't this such a lovely Summer photo that is bursting with so many features that could inspire you. The window, the window box, the flowers, the chairs, the colours......and so much more!
I was immediately drawn to the  light coloured wood panel walls and took my inspiration from this to make my card:



I wanted the focus of this card to be on the texture created by the wood grain embossing plate, so kept the card as CAS as possible. I have heat embossed the sentiment in vanilla to match the card stock.

I am pleased with how this card turned out and love that it was inspired by such a wonderful photo. I am really looking forward to seeing what this photo inspires you to create and will be dropping in to your blogs to have a look.     That's a wonderful background! Such a beautiful CAS card, I haven't done so much CAS lately but now I start to feel like making some again... It's funny how it differs from time to time what you want to create -I've had my sort of vintagy mode on for weeks now! :) xx

    You know how much I love this card...amazing take on the inspiration photo. The soft wood texture and the crisp embossing on the black is fabulous.
