I have used some Simon Says Stamps and dies mixed up a few stamps from PTI 'grunge' stamps. I made this card for my hubby as he has had to look after me quite a lot over the last week and I thought this might go some way to showing him how much this means to me. I popped it into his brief case along with his lunch so he would get a nice lunchtime surprise!
