I recently joined a few crafty buddies in a mini kit club. We call it 'Honey I shrunk the Kit' club.

This time Sarah G sent us all a pack of goodies and we all had some 'virtual' crafty time together. We had a lot of fun.

This card I used this gorgeous glitter gem.

This second card I embossed splatter.

Wow, Sandie - what a fab set of sparkly cards! I REALLY love the gem card for CASology, the ombré background sets off the diamond perfectly. The dramatic splatters on black and hot pink with the star die cut both pop and I love the touch of glitter tape and patterned paper on the last card too. It is great to have you play along with the kit (I can't wait to see what you come up with!).

Sandie, these cards are all absolutely AMAZING! Love the dramatic gold splatters on that black background! Your happy birthday card with the star background is so groovy. I couldn't work out how best to use that beautiful die-cut, and I love what you've done with it. Looks like its on a glittery base also? The strips of patterned paper add such interest to the sparkle and shine card. and then, that sublime lime one has stolen my heart! LOVE how you've angled that gem into the corner. That silver looks so fresh against that zesty green base. SO lovely to have you as part of the team, Sandie!!
ReplyDeleteOh Sandie, you totally rocked this kit!!! Absolutely love the background colour for your first card and it really shows off that gem. The gold splatters on black is so incredible and stylish. The hot pink with the pale coloured background die looks fabulous and I love how you coloured the word dies on your last card, with a bit of sparkle. Isn't it amazing how we all use the same products, that's why I enjoy this idea so much. I'm up for the next kit, Sarah's one is going to be a hard act to follow!!

Oh Sandie, you are literally SCREAMING sparkle and shine here! So many fabulous ideas from hot pink to dramatic black and wow, wow, wow your gold splattering has just knocked me sideways. What a brilliant and perfect showcase of the kit. I'm so thrilled to be on the team with you and what a perfect party it's going to be when these mini kits drop through the door. Hmmmmm! ReplyDeleteWha a fun thing to do! Great kit, you can see a trace of Sandie in the designs, but they're also a bit different, I guess that's part of the fun of having to use kits picked by others!
