My Friend Down Under

Hi There,

Today my card was inspired by the 'Down Under' challenge at  Less is More. It was Sarah's card here that gave me a 'light bulb' moment. I remembered I had this stamp and hadn't yet inked it up.

Here is my card:

I have a 'double' down under card here-Sydney city scape being down under from London, and my reflection being down under....yes I know it isn't a real reflection but blink quickly and you don't realise! I made my own heart stencil and sponged a light heart around the cityscape.

As I was making this card I caught myself singing the 'Men at Work' song 'Down Under' and then I remembered the song title challenge at MuseMichele has set us this fun challenge. I think her song is 'Joy, Joy, Joy down in my Heart'???

I will enter this into:

Enjoy your day x

  18. What a great mirror technique and clever take on the lim theme. Something I would never have thought of and also why I love visiting other crafters' blogs to get inspiration.

  25. This is ingenious for the LIM and Muse challenges, Sandie. I'm 0 for 3 in knowing the songs. I guess I'm too old for this game but I did make a card.
