Honey I Shrunk the Kit!

Hello,

It is 'Kit Club' time for our little 'Honey, I shrunk the Kit' crafters.

All these lovely Ladies:

Hazel-Hazels Paper Designs
Sarah G-Funky Fossil Designs
Shona-Twine Around
Sarah P-Sazzle Dazzle Crafts

Do our own mini kit club and virtually craft together.

This time the super and inspiring Shona sent us all a fun selection of goodies:

We all crafted together and had a lot of fun.

Here is the pack of goodies that Shona sent us:

Here are the cards I made. The first 3 I really like but the 4th card is a little busy for me but I thought I would share it anyway!

I will enter this into the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch-I flipped and made it more CAS using my fav score lines as the panel-see below

I will enter this into the 'Simplicity' challenge at The Curtain Call-using the colours as inspiration-see photo below

I will enter this into the 'pink' challenge at CASology

I still have a lot of goodies to play with. Don't forget to visit all my other 'honey' friends and see what they have made.

I do love this mini club of honeys and can't wait for the next selection of goodies (actually it is my turn to provide the kit...so was this space)

  1. Wow, wow , wow Sandie!! You really rocked this kit, everything looks so incredible. I love how you used the yellow ribbon (why didn't I think of that??!) and the lacy flower against the kraft cardstock is gorgeous. Your ideas and imagination are out of this world!! Off now to see what Hazel got up too. Hugs xxx

  2. Oh Sandie, these are stunning!! I absolutely LOVE that first one with the flower and scored lines! Similarly, the yellow and white daisy one is CAS perfection. The second one is oh so elegant, and your fourth one - I know you think it's busy, but I think it looks fantastic! The colours are punchy, and that use of the die really brings the sentiment to life! Such clever cards! SOOO glad you agreed to join our little group and so looking forward to you kit too! ;-)

  3. You have made me smile this morning by saying the 4th card is busy when it is still CAS and cool! Love all of the white space and way you have used the elements so brilliantly! Love the scored lines (something I never think to do), yellow ribbon and dotty paper and that gorgeous die against the neutral colours. So many clever touches. Looking forward to what you have in store for us :)

  4. Hey you made me do a double take on your 4th card too Sandie!!! You think that's busy??? It's CAS brilliance and eyepoppingly perfect way of showcasing the kit. Love your super duper CAS designs. The lacy die against the kraft card is a sheer delight and each card uses the kit elements in such a fabulous, creative and non-fussy way. Have a great weekend and can't wait for your set next!!!! Sarah xx

  10. Amazing cards, Sandie! I can see why you love that last one so much; it's fantastic and really makes a statement. Your first one is pretty sweet too...well, all of them are really. Just wonderful. This looks like a fun group you're in. Bev

  11. What a fun concept!
The first card is so you. The second one not as much, but it's clean with a stylish twist and I really like it. The third is more Sandie again, but with the use if ribbon, not something you use that often any longer. 4th card is soooo cool and youthful. Well done making 4 different cards with this kit!

  15. These are all fabulous, Sandie ... two spring fresh CAS floral delights, one great blend of graphic and pretty with the colour blocks and delicate die cut ... and one dramatic and energetic with the punch of colour against the black (and still CAS IMHO!)! Hugs, Anita :)
