Birthday Wishes

Hi All

Life is getting in the way at the moment so I am just popping in quickly with a card I made inspired by a few challenges;


I was inspired by the colours and the photo at Altenew June Inspiration Challenge and used the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch for my lay out.

I heat embossed this Altenew flower in burgandy and then coloured the backside of the vellum with the soft pink. I added a few splashes of the soft pink for a little more interest. These are actually stamped using a splash stamp from visible images.

The sentiment is also from Altenew

    Sandie, I will admit to not being drawn with the colors for Altenew's challenge ... until I saw your card! The expertly splashed, splattered pink really does the trick! Thanks so much for adding it to our CTS gallery!
