Hi There,
I got some goodies from Verve and wanted to have a play.
Yesterday I water coloured a panel and today got to work making a card based on the sketch at Viva La Verve. It took me a while to CAS this sketch down but I think I have done it!
I have used the Bloom Brighter Verve Set and the CAS-ual Fridays Fri-Dies Tag.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
I will enter this into:

Isn't it fun using sketches? I think they help me getting started and you can always choose to go for less or for more. Great job on making this a CAs version with the beautifully watercolored paper.
ReplyDeleteWell done on CASing the sketch down Sandie....that’s never an easy thing to do! Your watercoloured panel is so dreamy and watery looking and there is just enough of it showing to keep the design CAS. And what an amazing sentiment too. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx
ReplyDeleteSuch a soft and pretty design. Thanks for sharing at Less is More!
ReplyDeleteAhhh..love how you made the sketch more CAS. The water colors and score lines are amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have to applaud you for your CAS version of the sketch. I usually avoid those challenges because they are too busy and I don't have a clue on how to make it work. Beautiful watercolour wash. The colours are so soft and pretty. Another fabulous CAS card. Love it. Thank you for joining us this week at Less is More. Trina xx
ReplyDeleteMy sentiments exactly, Sandie! Though you've said it more beautifully! xx
