Here is today's card, inspired by a few challenges:
At CAS-ual Fridays the challenge is 'Beautiful Rainbows'. So I used their background stamp Heart to Heart, heat embossing it in white. I then water coloured over this in rainbow colours. I let the colours run into each other. That little tag is also from CAS-ual Friday and you can see it here
The layout is from Viva La Verve a monthly sketch challenge run by Verve I find these sketches a real challenge but after seeing Teresa's arty take on this sketch, I followed suit. And love how it turned out-thank you Teresa! The sentiment is from the set Button Best from Verve. In the middle I also used the 'Mother's Day' sentiment from the same set. As this card is off to my Mother in Law.
Not my normal style but now and then a touch of water colouring really relaxes me.
