Finally a card!

 Hi All

Popping in with a card that took me 3 days to make-just couldn't get it the way I wanted but finally got there!

It was inspired by the photo at Fusion-loved the rainbow line of crayons so made a watercolour background in rainbow colours!

I will also enter it into:

Poppy Stamps-AG-the flower die is from poppy stamps

Seize The Birthday-option not taken-this card is for a friend's Birthday.

    I like how the background is what brings color to this design. The stripes have a great effect and I do love those dies, frame and flowers.
