Inspiration!

Today I am popping in with a card that was inspired from a few different sources.
I am going to list them as this may be an easier way to explain how this went! (all inspiration cards, sketches and photos can also been seen at the bottom of this post)
  • I saw this fabulous bright card by Marion Vagg at the Muse Club this week and immediately knew I wanted to focus on the chevrons.
  • I saw this fabulous CAS sketch at Retro Sketches
  • I saw this photo at Runway inspired and loved the navy outfit with the slashes of colours.
  • And finally I loved Lauren's card for this Muse challenge and decided this was the direction I wanted to go. In the spirit of the muse club-thank you Lauren for inspiring me
It is so weird when all these pieces of inspiration just creep up and you and viola a card comes together!

And here is all the inspiration

  7. Your blue card base is gorgeous- I always forget to use colored card bases since I so often gravitate towards white or kraft! Thanks for joining us on the Runway!
