Uniko's 10th Birthday Celebration!-Guest Designer!

 Hi All

Uniko is having a huge holiday bash for their 10th Birthday and they are inviting all ex-DT members to come along and join in....and I was on the DT for quite a long time, so here I am.

Bev gave us the challenge of CASEing one the cards we had made using her products-fun idea!

Here is the card I made:

Here I used the stamp set Happy Succulents

And it is a CASE of this card:

In my CASE, I used stamping only and stamped at the top plus this time added a sentiment but kept the enamel dots and the glitter strip. I loved how it turned out.

I actually felt like crafting this morning!

And made this:

I really liked Nancy's card here for the current Time Out Challenge-quote using the paper as a fence and it inspired me to do my own take on this-thank you Nancy for the inspiration!

I was inspired by the 'Fence and Flowers' part of the quote.

As I wanted to play along with the Color Hues Challenge again I went with a black and white fence. I used a Altenew stamp and die and just outlined it in red copic so it showed up more on my fence! A few enamel dots to finish.

There was a lot of messing around with how to get this looking the way I wanted it but in the end I love how it turned out.

I went with 'love' and made this card for my hubby!

I stamped a background of hearts and die cut out and designed using layers and a wooden heart which I added a touch of sparkle to!

Hope you are all well.

I have been wanting to enter a couple of challenges but hadn't got around to it but the quote at Time Out today inspired me to get on with it! I had been playing around with sentiments and it was the quote that made me focus on friendship.

Here is my card:

Yep one layer!

I loved the challenge at AAA Cards-no layers and a big sentiment.

Plus the challenge at AAA Birthday-Your 2 fav colours for card making-mine are purple and grey (I could also go with purple and yellow but went the grey route today)

These sentiments are all from CAS-ual Fridays and the hardest part of this card was lining up each word!

I enjoyed making this and am happy how it turned out!

One Card-lots of Loves!

At Time Out they are challenging us to be 'in love'.

I haven't been crafting much but thought this would be a good opportunity to make a valentine's card for hubby using all the things I love about card making:

-one layer

-purple

-stamping only and off the edge

-positioning in the right hand corner

-enamel dots

-black and white stripes

-and of course my linen embossing plate

Gin Time!

A very Happy New Year.

I haven't bought new stamps for ages but just before Christmas I bought 2 sets from Visible Images-ones I knew would be used a lot!

My niece just got engaged on Christmas Day and I wanted to make her a card:

I didn't add a sentiment as I thought it looked just right as it was.

I haven't heat embossed for a while so it took a few attempts!
