Life is better in.......??

.....Flip Flop!

Yep, don't we all love to be in Flip Flops!

I was making some DT cards today using from new goodies from Newton's Nook when suddenly a card idea for some challenges popped into my head!

I haven't played in any challenges for a while so Dt cards left aside and off I went to make this super, super CAS card.....even CAS for me!


I just adore these Flip Flop Life Stamps from Newton's Nook-I have the dies to match and made a few of these and they are so cute!

There are a lot of One Layer Challenges around at the moment so decided just to stamp them off the edge and use the sunray stencil from Funky Fossil Designs-yep I am getting into using stencils!

I used the sketch at CAS(E) This Sketch for my layout.

I will enter this into:

Less Is More-One Layer-off centre
AAA Cards-one layer-no option of the polar animals...went the other way-sun!
Perfectly CAS-one layer-use only one third.

    Sandie, the only thing better is bare feet!!! Which I am ALL the time in the house, and on long road trips - even in the dead of Winter!

    Fabulous card. That is practically my youngest daughter's entire life philosophy. In fact, you have inspired me to pull out my flip flop stamps and make a card for her.

    Cute card, and I LOVE flip-flops! Michele and I must be kindred spirits because I'm shoeless or flip flops if I'm not mandated to wear shoes :o) I even have a pic of me standing in a snowdrift with them on ;0)

    This is so cute and I miss the flip flop days! (When I grew up in Hawaii, they were always called slippers/slippahs~they still are!)
