Happy Easter!
I am popping in today with a card I made yesterday. It has been water coloured so needed to flatten over night under a pile of boxes.
The idea for this card started with the sketch at Happy Little Stamper. As soon as I saw the sketch I knew I would be playing along. I wasn't sure what colours to use but this is where Colour Q came to the rescue.
I used water colour clear masking fluid so I could follow the sketch but not let the colours run too much. Once the water colour was dry I embossed the sentiment from Winnie and Walter.-I will enter the Join in to win challenge at Winnie and Walter.
Have a good day
LOVE!!!! Masking fluid, eh? You sound like a right professional. I need a tutorial on where to get it and how to use it - hint hint. Your watercolouring is sensational and I love the party font! Thanks so much for playing along at Happy Little Stampers xx
ReplyDeleteYou have rocked this challenge Sandie!! Love the soft and delicate colours of your watercoloured background. Haven't heard of clear masking fluid, but I do have some white stuff that's been sitting in my drawer for ages. Hopefully it would work too. Would love to know more about how you use it to create this amazing card. Thanks for playing along at Happy Little Stampers. xx
