I have used the stamp set Amber's World from Catherine Pooler. And yes I did some colouring using copics and tired to do shading and colour each tiny flower!!

Here is my take:

I used 3 shades of purple colours and in 3 different ways-water coloured, die cut purple card and a strip of purple colour

Here is my take:

I used a previously made watercolour background and just placed this butterfly die-given to me in one of the crafty goodies gifts my dear friend Joyce sent me....she sends me so many beautiful packages all full of the most wonderful crafting joys! Thank you Joyce for your kindness x 

I love purple and yellow together so added a few enamel dots to finish the card.

Hi All

A new challenge starts at Inkspirational today and Marlena has chosen:

'Gold Dipped'

I had fun making this card. I used the same stamp 'celebrate artsy' from STAMPlorations and stamped in onto the card with 3 different colour inks from Catherine Pooler. Then I used delicata gold ink of some card just stamping if different areas so when I cut the die from Winnie and Walter it would look like just the edges had been dipped in gold! Added the die onto fun foam for dimension.

Now lets see what the team have for us for here

AAA Cards-use one 3rd and optional bright colours-I went with the twist.

CASology-Color-not much else here except white spaces and splashes of colour!

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at Inkspitational

It is our photo challenge.

I have gone out of my comfort zone here and made this:

And the photo that inspired this:

Pretty easy to see I went with the teapot and teacup!

I have used the stamp set Serendipi-tea by CAS-ual Fridays. I heat embossed in pink the teacup and teapot onto designer paper and the fussy cut this out.

The teapot was popped up on pads but I decided to keep the teacup flat.

Used a STAMPlorations die and just stamped the sentiment and popped this up with foam pads onto the designer card.

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at Inkspirational and today our inspiring teamie chose:

Pop it Up-add some dimension!

Here is my take:

I used my fav way to 'pop up' and add dimension to a card-fun foam-this and quick! Here I used it in yellow on the die cut cross and just off set a cream cross die cut. The cross is from 'Verve' stamps-not in production anymore...so sad!!

There is also dimension added to the stitched die and sentiment-using foam pads.

We have a new challenge at Inkspirational and this week we have the prompt word of:

CLOUD

Here is my card:

The clouds are die cut from fun foam and just placed randomly to give me a dimensional background.

The umbrella I coloured and fussy cut out. It comes from the same set from Happy Little Stampers-no longer with us (so sad!)

Hi There,

Time for a new challenge at Inkspirational-my fav challenges-a photo challenge!

First up my card:

And now the photo that inspired my card:

There is so much here to inspire you!

I picked out the pink and blue in this card and then I based my card on the pattern of the gorgeous fun headboard-it just reminded me of medallion stamps. I used the Medallion mix set. This idea came to me after I remembered Lynn's card here on Instagram. I loved the way she combined the medallions and used the different colours-she very kindly said I could CASE her card-thank you Lynn.

I kept the base card and the label in grey to match the wallpaper grey base.

Time for a new challenge at Inkspirational.

Our super teamie Carol has asked us to:

USE OUR STASH

After a hunt through my stash box, here is what I made:

When I first began I had no idea what I was going to make. A hunt through and play around with some gorgeous stash goodies that had been sent to me from my teamies at Time Out....I came up with this.

I got the cluster of flowers from Stephnanie and the wooden centre dot and small card base from Jenny-you know these are stash that my Time Out teamies sent me 2 Birthdays ago...they all sent me so much I still have it and use it regularly-how fab is that!

So not strictly 'my stash' but kept in 'my stash' box and I consider it mine!!

We have the fabulous Lindsey joining us for this challenge and she has made an amazing card. Her blog Bashful Blogging is well worth a visit, it is full of inspiring projects.

Hi All

Time for our 'Word Prompt' challenge at Inkspirational an the word is:

TEXT

I decided to go with a background designer text paper that is for Xmas.

The background text paper was in my stash and has been for years! And the sentiment and hearts are all dies from STAMPlorations

 The 'Merry and Bright' is cut from embossed card but is quite hard to see here. And the little hearts were actually just lying on my craft table-made from glitter foam-that had been leftovers from cutting another die!!

I didn't add any dimension to this deliberately as I am thinking postage cost already!!

Hi All

And welcome to our first challenge at Inksprational for 2019.

This challenge has been chosen by our fabulous teamie Anila.

She wants us to make a card using:

Kraft

Here is what I came up with:

I used the background full floral stamp by CAS-ual Fridays-heat embossed onto the the kraft card. I die cut the 'smile' sentiment from this-also CAS-ual Fridays. Then die cut the sentiment again in fun foam to add dimension and used a burghaundy card base before the kraft base.

Gosh this was a hard one as there have been so many inspiring cards I have seen this year but opted for teamie and good friend Nonni's card

All products here are from STAMPlorarions. I have actually used the same die as Nonni but just used the little red hearts you get when you cut the die and made a very CAS design of her card.

Nonni actually sent this to me and I just loved it and it seemed just the right card to CASE.

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at Inkspirational.

This time it is our photo challenge and here is the card I made:

The photo that inspired this:

Obviously it was the gold feather that was my main inspiration but also if you look closely at the church candle you will see gold wire in tiny strips-this gave me the idea of using score lines.

These gorgeous die cut feathers were from my crafty friend Sarah-check out Sarah's online shop Folksy. She has amazing and unique stencils.
