At the beginning of this week I saw Virginia's View Challenge and it inspired me to have a go at watercolouring. I have tried this a bit in the past but had been meaning to try it out more but all that mess just plain put me off! However on the same day I saw Virginia's new challenge I saw Shery's video here teaching us how to watercolour your own roses. Yes, no stamps, you actually do some REAL painting!! I had a go and came up with this:
It is my first go and later in the week I have another one to share with you. It was fun feeling like a 'real' painter!
I am going to enter this into the following challenges:
Virginia's View-watercolouring
CAS on Sunday-colour me bright
Lexi's creations-Mother's Day
Enjoy your day x
Sandie, this is FANTASTIC! I love how you painted the flowers!!! This is an awesome first attempt and I can't wait to see more! Hey, you never know if you can until you try, and the only way to get better at (and comfortable with doing) something is to do it plenty of times. You certainly can and you're going to get better at it. Way to go! :o)
