Another Christmas Card!

Happy Friday my friends!

I have another Christmas card for you today. 2 this week!!

I have not played along at the Muse Christmas Visions yet but this week the card by Kimberly really caught my eye. I loved the Christmas scene she had created all in a little circle. Here is my CASE:

I had no idea how to do this and I don't have any curvy dies. I just sat down on the floor with a few punches, dies and scissors until I came up with this. I used lots of slightly different white glitter card so you could see the dimension and the base card has been embossed with my fav. linen embossing folder. This card was fiddly for me to create but was fun playing around to challenge myself to see if I could create a little scene in a circle.

Thanks Kimberly for this inspiration. Here is Kimberly's card:

I will aslo enter this into the mononchromatic challenges at Virginia's View Challenge and Colour Me

Create without Fear

It's not often I post twice in one day but the rest of the week is the new release at Uniko so I will be here everyday showing off some sneak peeks.

My card here was inspired by the 'shape' challenge at CASology. When I saw this cue card I was going to go along the geometric line but before I did I pulled out the dictionary and looked up 'shape' and there was the verb-'to shape' with the alternatives 'to mould' and 'to create' Why hadn't I thought of that-good old dictionary to the rescue!

With this in mind I came up with:

Before I made this I looked up a colour combo and came across the monochromatic crisp cantaloupe challenge at  Colour Me. I also based my layout on the sketch at retro sketches-this is a very CAS version however it was this sketch I had in mind when making this card.

I will also enter this into the following challenges:

STAMPlorations-anything goes-the sentiment is from STAMPlorations.

See you tomorrow.
