CASology #376

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at CASology

Here is my take:

And our cue word is:

She is cleary dry under her umbrella!
To take the cue word further one I did some 'dry' embossing-running it through a polka dot embossing folder to add some 'rain' like texture!
This is a layout I love to use with big images to make a CAS card.

I decided to stamp in navy and have a navy base as it seemed to go with my theme better than black!!

Our sponsors for this challenge are STAMPlorations

Our Guest Designer is the wonderful Jasleen-I am a long time fan!

The image and sentiment are from Visible Image

Pop on over to CASology to see what the DT have created for you and then join on in!

Our Design Team are all worth a visit and some love-here they are;

  1. Great CAS card and sentiment-love the silhouette image
    Carol x

  2. Love how you stamped some of the image off the page. Such a sophisticated look. And, what a fun take on the cue word also.

  3. Fun, and fabulous sentiment, Sandie!

  4. Love the way you have not used the full stamp. It gives a great design

  5. Great design; love how you placed the text and image and the sinple colour is perfect! Haven't had much time to visit the blogs in a while, but scrolled trough your posts and enjoyed your beautiful projects! Hugs, Gerrina

  6. Stylish and sassy, Sandie ... the image off the edge of the card makes it look as though she has places to go ... very cool! Hugs, Anita :)

  7. I must remember to try this off the edge technique. As Anita said, looks like she can't be hanging around, she has paces to go!
