Hello my friends,
We have our Anything Goes Challenge at Addicted to Stamps and More. So you can let your creativity go wild!
I needed a Wedding card and have gone with the colours of the Bridesmaid's dresses:
The dresses are this exact green. I thought some silver embossing looked good with this colour. These 3 little hearts are all from this Uniko set. I finished off with giving the card some texture using the linen impression plate. I am pleased how this turned out as I found this colour quite a challenge for a Wedding card.
This week are being sponsored by Sweet Pea Designs who have some amazing digis and they are offering 4 to our winner.
Once more our D.T have made some fabulous cards to inspire you. Check them out here
I will enter this into the CAS and embossing challenge at Happy Little Stampers
And Fusion-inspired by the metallic hearts in photo.

DeletePerfect sentiment and beautifully CAS - it is an unusual colour for a wedding card but your design has made the green look really fresh!
ReplyDeleteThat linen impression plate is so subtle but the effect is really amazing. It is a tricky green and not one I would use often. I think you used it perfectly and its lovely with the silver.
ReplyDeleteThe sentiment is perfect and I love the combination of solid and outlined hearts. Perfect wedding card. Thanks so much for playing with us at Fusion!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely idea to use the colour of the bridesmaid's dresses in the card, and silver looks so good with it too. :)
