Ink #76

Happy Valentine's Day!

At Inksprational we have our photo challenge. We didn't do with hearts as we figured you might be done and dusted with that by now and ready to move onto spring!

Here is our photo:

I wanted to go all oriental but couldn't get the grey and white pattern on her kimono out of my head so decided to go with that.

And this is what I created:

Plus I had some grey card stock and red enamel dots on my desk from a card I made earlier in the week!

All I have done here is repeat stamp a washi stamp from Uniko and added a little die cut bird.

This week the fun and super talented Darnell is joining us as our Guest Designer.
Take a look here to see the fabulous projects made by Darnell and the DT.

Have fun x

  1. Amazing that you picked up that detail of the chevron on her shoulder. The bird is really sweet - a lovely card.

  5. There's so much inspiration to pick from this photo, I love it!
Normally I would call this a CAS card but coming from you it's actually less CAS than usual... The repeat pattern looks great as well as the little touches of red from the enamel dots!
