Time Out Challenges #75

Hello There,

We have a new challenge starting at Time Out today. It is our CASE (copy and share everything) the designer challenge. And the designer we are CASEing is the very talented Ksenija. Her blog Sweet Kobylkin is full of amazing and inspiring projects. I urge you to take a few moments to pop over there and have a look. I guarantee you will come back ready to craft.

Here is the card I made inspired by Ksenija's card:

I was inspired by so much of Ksenija's card and actually made my version the day I saw this card! Firstly I loved the soft stamping on the base of card but instead of stamping I used an eggshell textured card. I also really liked the tiny strip of red embossing on the side of the panel. Instead of embossing I used some black fun foam to match my sentiment. I also followed the basic curve of the leaf stamp but substituting this for a flower.

The stamps here are both from the stamp set Especially for You by Happy Little Stampers who are sponsoring this challenge. The stitched die is from STAMPlorations.

Here is Ksenija's card:

Our Guest Desigenr for this challenge is Marjan. We are very pleased Marjan is joining us for this challenge. She is a very creative designer. Take a look at her blog here and you will see all the creative projects that she makes.

So how will Ksenija's card inspire you? Our DT have made a fabulous set of cards-take a look here.

Time to kick back and take some TIME OUT with us x

  16. Very delicate and classy. The black strip is an effective detail that breaks up all the softness in a great way.
