Hello again,
I made this card for the 'dry embossing' challenge at Less is More
I know this card looks super simple but it took me an hour and a half to make. This is a long time on making one card for me. I won't go into the details of why but it took a while for me to get all the bits right.
Well then....to photograph it to show the embossing photo was painful too! I have taken a darker photo than I would normally want to but this was the only way I could show the embossing.
The die and stamps here are from Concord and 9th
I started off by dry embossing some white card with this dotty embossing folder. I then die cut the 'Joy' from this a number of times and build it up.
I dry embossed this middle section of the card with my fav linen embossing folder-you might need to zoom in to this as it was hard to show in the photo. I then popped this on foam pads on top of glitter card. I ended up using a textured card base which also looks like it is embossed.
So lots of subtle embossing done here and yet still a super CAS card!
I really do love how this turned out and IRL it really does look so textured with a touch of glitter!
Enjoy your day x
I will enter:
