Joy To The World

Hi All,

I don't usually post twice in one day but I just had a little play and wanted to share my card with you.


Earlier this week I saw a few cards posted for the latest Happy Little Stampers CAS challenge-water colour spritz. I decided I would make a Christmas themed sheet of card using red and green brushos and the spritzed with gold perfect pearls. To be honest this has sat on my craft desk all week until today I die cut lots of Xmas goodies from this one sheet-lots of different baubles and sentiments. It is amazing how much you can make from just one sheet of brushos!

Here I used the sheet to die cut my 'Joy' and followed the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches.

    What a beautiful simple card you created with your watercoloured panel. I love that idea of doing one big sheet, and cutting it up into lots of different projects.

    Beautiful...absolutely beautiful! I'm not one for mass-producing, but when things 'come together', as your elements certainly have, I enjoy it immensely! This is a card I could make over, and over, and lover!

    I've made a few brushos backgrounds I'm not really satisfied with. Glad I haven't thrown them away though as I could use them for die cuts I now realize. Great idea!
