Just For You

I hope you are all having a good weekend.

I played yesterday with some new watercolours my Dad sent me. I made a few DT cards and this card:

I was inspired by the photo this week at Just Add Ink. It was the pink, black and the butterfly that attracted me. My pink looked like it would be as bright as the pink in the photo but when added to water turned to a paler pink, however I still like it. I first white embossed the butterfly from Uniko ans then watercoloured.

I will also enter this into Virginia's View Challenge-embossing.

  10. The white embossed lines and the soft pink color work perfectly together. I think if you used black and a darker pink you would get a different look entirely...
But this card is so delicate and spring like.
