A very Happy Weekend to you all,
I love the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch this week and here is my take on it:
I got the colours from 2 other challenges:
The different shades of blue and orange came from the photo at Curtain Call and the middle dress at STAMPlorations Cutplorations challenge.
I have used a die from STAMPlorations and the flower is from Visible Images. You can't see in the photo but it is all covered with WOS to add sparkle. Just a few enamel dots and gems to finish it off.
I will also enter this into:
Ahh...I really need to do that die cut technique. It is so stunning!! Thanks so much for playing with us at Curtain Call!

ReplyDeleteWow what a clever take on the sketch! I find it so hard to work just in that upper corner :) But with the flower in warm orange your card works! Hugs, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the sketch and on the inspiration photo!
ReplyDeleteI like that you chose blue rather than black for your card base, I do love how it stands in contrast with the orange flower. And I also like how you have concentrated everything up in one corner.
ReplyDeleteMmmm loving this! This sentiment die technique is so great, I keep forgetting about it, it really adds a lot of interest and is great for CAS. Hmm... Maybe I'll use it with our pack, hmmm... ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool card Sandie. Love the orange color and how you gave texture to your card by popping up the word. Thank you for playing along with us at CCIC.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant, Sandie ... the splash of bright orange in the flower is fantastic with all the white ... love that popped up sentiment running through it! Hugs, Anita :)
