Time Out #80

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at Time Out. We have our 'Inspired by Words' challenge and here are our words:

'When it rains look for rainbows, when it's dark look for stars'

 You can use any of these words or the whole phrase to inspire you.

 I went with rainbows:

    Wonderful card, hon! I love your full stamped bg and yet this looks CAS because of the graphic look of the balloons and the repetition! Great design and love the rainbow colors of course. xxx
