Hi Sistahs,
I am here with our monthly Calling All Sistahs Encouragement challenge from CAS-ual Fridays. Our little bunch of Sistahs are all about raising awareness for Breast Cancer and would love you to join our monthly challenge.
What do we mean by an 'Encouragement' card? Well anything that would brighten someone's day. I am sure you have plenty of ideas of how to do this and make cards like this every time you sit down you craft. So why not share them with us?

This month we are changing things and having a sketch instead of a photo and colours.
I am not so good with sketches but gave it a go and came up with this card:
I have used the stamp set Word Ribbon and the tags are Tag Buddies Fri-Dies. Both from CAS-ual Fridays
And our sketch:
Here is how you play along:
1. Make a card that will brighten someone's day inspired by the sketch.
2. Link up here by 12am EST on the 13th of June
3. Share with your friends and followers so we can get the word out about our challenge.
One person will win a $25 gift code to use on anything in the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps store. All products are welcome, but if you use CAS-ual Fridays stamps or dies on your card, Michele will DOUBLE your prize!!!
My fellow Sistahs have all made amazing cards-check them out here and then get inky!
Make someone happy today with a very special card from you!
Can't wait to see your cards!
For someone who says she isn’t good with sketches, looks like you nailed it! Lovely CAS encouragement card. Great colours, too. Thank you for joining us at Less is More. x
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, love the layout and colour combo xx
ReplyDeleteDon't know why, but for me this looks so classic...even with these colours...great looking! Hugs, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteThe bold colour is such a great contrast to the delicate embossed trim and tiny hope ribbon, Sandie ... seems sketches are your thing after all! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeletePerfect card for the sketch and for our CAS challenge, Sandie. Thanks for sharing your card at Addicted to Stamps and More.
ReplyDeleteHow fun you have a sketch challenge for change! I love the sketch, let's see if I'll be able to play along! Great use of dry embossing and I love the feminine feel of this card. Beautiful embellies. Thanks for joining us at Less Is More!
ReplyDeleteYou did so well with that sketch. Love the purple, and your sweet little bow.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant card Sandie! Superbly CAS with just the right amount if texture and the tag looks beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx
ReplyDeleteSandie, I love the strip of texture you used to mimic the stripe in the sketch! A simple white background always looks elegant to me.
