Time Out #120

Hi All

A new challenge starts today at Time Out.

For this challenge we are challenging you to be:

Colourful

 Here is what I made for a very dear friend who is having a hard time. She has is already and I am pleased to say, it did make her smile!

Winnie and Walter-dress up your dies-not only hss my friend die from Winnie and Walter been cut from previous water colour card, so has the star. Also the tag dies from Winnie and Walter have been dressed up with their other cutaways!!
