Party Time!

 Hi All

I had a little play with some stash to enter a few challenges and made this CAS card:

It was really hard to get a good photo of this card so I had to stick with this one!

I used a few challenges to inspire this challenge:

AAA Cards-Circles-my die is a circle and look at all those circles on the paper!

CAS Colour and Sketches-Sketch-the perfect sketch for so many cards.

Inkspirational-Pia's choice-Faux stitiching-my rectangle die is faux stitching-so pleased they allowed this in, as I sure can't stitch!

Great to make a card. They are few and far between at the moment but when inspiration its-I make!

Time Out 9th's Birthday Celebration!

Time Out is celebrating it's 9th Birthday!

How Fabulous. As the co-founder with Nonni I am so happy that this challenge is still going strong.

I have not been on the DT for a while now but they very kindly asked me to join in he celebrations with them.

I went with my super CAS style and made this:

I actually decided to go with these colours inspired by the latest challenge at AAA Cards

and it was Maaike's card that gave me the idea for the design-thanks Maaike!

At Last!

A very Happy New Year to All! 

It has been a very long time since I have crafted but I saw Vicki's post here, where she is playing around with old snippets and makes a stunning card. Thanks Vicki for inspiring me.

I decided to give it a go and opened up my old stash box and made the card below.

All I have done is used snippets but I did sponge the heart pink and add my beloved enamel dots.

I enjoyed making it and sure do hope I make another card before 2024!

CASology #408 'Cozy'

 Hi All

Time for a new challenge at CASology and I am very sad to say that this is our last challenge.

Melissa has been running this challenge since 2012 and what a success it has been.

But she has decided it is time to take her life in a different direction and although we will miss this challenge, we all understand times change and new challenges always await us!

So a big thank you Melissa for running such an amazing challenge, for doing all the hard work that comes along with this and for being a fabulous team leader xx

Our final cue word is 'Cozy'

So many ways to go with this but I thought of what I find 'cozy'.....a nice cup of tea in the afternoon!

Live Life in Colour!

My dear crafty friend Kim sent me a Uniko voucher for my Birthday and I had been wanting to use the Rainbow stamp set for a while and this week the quote at Time Out was perfect for it! A huge thank you Kim for your kindness xx

The design of this card had been in my mind for a while but today came together after seeing the colour scheme and dots and spots challenge at AAA Cards

Time for a new challenge at CASology and this month our cue word is 'Happy'.

So many ways to go with this-you can read below the way I interpreted 'Happy'

I decided to make a card that made me feel 'Happy'!

And when making a card the most important thing that makes me 'happy' is when I am making for a specific person is mind. This card was a 'Happy Birthday' card for my dear friend Nonni

Nonni loves Flower cards, love blues and loves blending with copics-so I did all these and hopefully this made her 'happy' and well as me!!

Hello Again!!

 Hello my crafty friends,

It has been a month since I have made a card or even been around-life has a way of getting in the way!

I have been peaking now and then at your super cards and although not commenting...swooning from afar!

This card is made for my Sister's Birthday-she dances everything from Tango to jive....and is amazing.

I knew the stamp I wanted to use but didn't have it but my lovely crafty friend Joyce sent me some of these to play with and the very next day after they arrived, this card was made-thank you so much Joyce for your kindness and so quick!

It was the 'striped' challenge at CAS on Friday that inspired the design.
